Help Center Messaging Auth provides an SDK and SaaS backend to automatically authenticate your Zendesk Help Center users to Zendesk Messaging (and Sunshine Conversations). Once you install our lightweight SDK, if an end-user is logged into your Zendesk Help Center they will also be authenticated in Messaging. No more anonymous users wondering why you don't know who they are even though they logged in.
The SDK is secure and lightweight. You can specifiy the time that you want messaging tokens to remain valid for your users. When tokens expire we'll renwew the automatically. Installation is as simple as adding a script file to your website's header. Help Center Messaging Auth will automagically generate Messaging credentials with the same external ID and/or email address as your Help Center users.
Billing is cheap ranging from $0.01 a login to $0.001 a login at scale. Credentials are cached as long as they're valid. So you only ever pay for actual logins and expiring tokens.
